daniel-gs.dev is the personal site of Daniel García Silva. It is not a company or a service: it is a professional portfolio. I am responsible for this website and for any data associated with it, and you can write to danielgarsil.95@gmail.com about anything related to privacy.

None directly. This site has no forms, no sign-up, no user accounts, and no newsletter. It does not ask for your name, your email, or anything else in order to be read.

If you decide to write to me, you will do so by email, LinkedIn, or GitHub. At that point your data is governed by that provider’s policy, alongside my own use of your message, which is limited to replying to you.

This site does not use cookies. None at all, neither its own nor third-party ones.

The only thing that may be stored in your browser is your theme preference, light or dark, and only if you actually change it. It is kept in your browser’s local storage, stays on your device, never travels to a server, and you can remove it by clearing the site’s data.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — IP address, browser type, requested page — in order to deliver the pages to you and protect the service from abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies, creates no persistent identifiers, and does not track you across different sites. It exists to show which pages are read, not who reads them.

This site displays no advertising, loads no ad scripts, and has no relationship with any ad network. There are no advertising cookies because there is no advertising.

Nor is any data about you sold, transferred, or shared with third parties — not least because none is collected.

The site links out to projects and profiles hosted outside this domain, such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and the project demos. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their privacy practices; when you visit them, their own policy applies.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, or restriction regarding any personal data of yours that I hold. In practice, since this site stores no personal data, the only data that usually exists is an email you sent me yourself.

To exercise any of those rights, write to danielgarsil.95@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union and believe your request has not been handled, you can complain to your country’s data protection authority.
